Step 2 — Receive Your Formula After the consultation, your tea formula is hand-crafted based on exactly what your body and spirit are asking for. Your blend is included in the consultation investment and shipped to you. You also receive the knowledge transfer — why these specific herbs were chosen, what they are doing, and how to use them for continued wellness.
Step 3 — Stay Stocked Your formula stays on file. Once you have completed your Handshake Session, you become eligible for our 8oz Custom Refills ($40) — small-batch, hand-blended, made only when you order. No pre-mixed bags on a shelf. Just your precision formula, ready when your cupboard runs low.

Consultation is required for all new custom tea clients. We cannot build your formula without the Handshake Session. This is a safety standard, not a formality — we need to understand your medications, health history, and energetic picture before a single herb goes in your blend.
Punctuality is love. Sessions start on time. A 10-minute grace period is offered; after that, the session is considered a no-show and the fee is non-refundable, as that time was held specifically for you.
24-hour rescheduling policy. Life happens — we just ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer that space to another soul. Less than 24 hours results in forfeiture of the service fee.
Come prepared. Be in a quiet, private, stationary space. No driving, no distractions. Bring a journal, a pen, and an open heart.
