Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns of the following:

All Herbal products: loose herbs, teas, salts, tinctures, elixirs, bath and body products, spell work, enchantments, bracelets, potions or services.
Other products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with no signs of use or wear. Return postage is the responsibility of the returner.
If an item ever arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to replace it or issue a refund upon receiving photographic proof of the broken or damaged item and packaging. Please email Charmaine@beadsandpotions.com to initiate or inquire about a return.
