Me Time is not a luxury — it's a necessity. This bath was formulated for the moments when you need to come back to yourself. Not the version of you that performs, produces, and pushes through — the real one. The one that deserves to be held, honored, and reminded of her worth.
 
Why You Need It: When self-doubt creeps in, when you've been running on empty, when you can't remember the last time you did something just for you — that's your sign. This blend works to quiet the noise of the outside world and amplify the one voice that matters most: your own.
 
Set the Scene: Pour your favorite drink. Queue your playlist. Lock the door. This hour belongs to you.
 
How to Use: Dissolve 1/2 to 1 cup into hot water. Soak for at least 20 minutes. Use this time intentionally — meditate, journal, or simply be. Drink plenty of water before and after. Rinse off in the shower when finished.
