The Soul Tribe Meetup is your invitation to come outside, come together, and come back to yourself — in person, in nature, with your people. Aunty Charmaine is bringing the Soul Tribe to the water's edge at Bledsoe Creek State Park in Castalian Springs, Tennessee for a free guided meditation experience unlike anything you can get sitting at your desk. Lakeside. In the open air. Surrounded by the sounds of water and trees and the kind of quiet that the outdoors creates naturally. This is where the nervous system finally exhales. This is where the vision has room to surface. Aunty Charmaine will guide the group through a grounded, accessible meditation practice designed to open your inner sight, release what the week has left on your body, and reconnect you to the clarity that lives underneath all the noise. No experience necessary. Just show up and breathe. This is also a community gathering. Come meet your Soul Tribe in real life. These are your people. Grand Rising, and welcome to the Beads & Potions family. Here at the Apothecary, we aren't just checking boxes; we are facilitating a deep, strategic connection between your mind, body, and soul. Because this work is rooted in genuine grounding and real-world evolution—not "magic" tricks or quick fixes—it requires a container built on mutual respect, preparation, and readiness. To ensure every client receives the highest level of focus, we have established the following agreements. SHOWING UP FOR YOUR EVOLUTION Aunty Charmaine pours her full energy into every session. In return, we ask that you come to this space fully ready to receive. At this stage, the Apothecary is exclusively dedicating calendar space to those truly ready to learn, willing to be challenged, and desiring real, tangible change. Please come with an open heart and a willing spirit. We are here to build your path, not just to chat. RESPECTING THE TIME & THE FLOW Think of our appointment time as a firm commitment to your own growth. Punctuality is love. The Flow: To give you our best, we must start on time. If you arrive late, we will still finish at the scheduled time. The Grace Period: We offer a gentle 10-minute grace period. However, if you have not logged in within 10 minutes of our start time, it is considered a "No-Show" and the Zoom room will close. The service fee is non-refundable, as that time was held specifically for you. PREPARATION & PRESENCE To get the most out of this investment, please treat our session as a priority. Be Stationary: Ensure you are in a quiet, private space. We cannot conduct sessions while driving or in distracted areas. Be Equipped: Bring a journal, a pen, and an open mind. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We value your time; please value ours. If you need to reschedule, provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can open that space for another soul seeking guidance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice result in the forfeiture of the service fee. Just as we ask you to respect our time, we deeply respect yours; should Charmaine ever need to reschedule a session, we will prioritize your calendar to secure a new date and time that aligns perfectly with your schedule. By booking with Beads & Potions, you are agreeing to honor these boundaries. We appreciate you, we respect you, and we look forward to doing the work with you.
