The Life Path Session isn’t just coaching. It’s a reset, a grounding, and a rebuilding all in one. This program was created for when life has cracked wide open—divorce, heartbreak, burnout, or that moment when the nervous system just says “enough.” What you’re stepping into: • Bi-weekly 45-minute sessions with Aunty Charmaine—straight talk, deep listening, and a safe space to map your healing. • Custom Nervous System Tea blended just for you, shipped before your first session. A cup of calm in your hands while you do the work. • Spiritual Bath ($19.99) to wash off the residue of what you’re leaving behind and clear space for who you’re becoming. • Workbooks and guided practices that give you structure, not fluff—questions, rituals, and actions you can actually use every day. • Community connection through our Soul Tribe Healing Circle—because healing alone is heavy, but healing together is powerful. • Accountability check-ins so you don’t just talk about the work—you live it, practice it, and see the shift. Here’s how it flows: you pay your first invoice, then we wait one week before your first session. That pause is intentional—it gives Aunty Charmaine the time to prepare your tea, your bath, and your first workbook with you in mind. Then, on Sunday, we begin. Four sessions. Eight weeks. One nervous system reset. One soul story rewritten. This is your Life Path Session. Your chance to take the weight off your chest, slow down the spinning, and step forward with clarity.
Cancellation Policy
Grand Rising, and welcome to the Beads & Potions family. Here at the Apothecary, we aren't just checking boxes; we are facilitating a deep, strategic connection between your mind, body, and soul. Because this work is rooted in genuine grounding and real-world evolution—not "magic" tricks or quick fixes—it requires a container built on mutual respect, preparation, and readiness. To ensure every client receives the highest level of focus, we have established the following agreements. SHOWING UP FOR YOUR EVOLUTION Aunty Charmaine pours her full energy into every session. In return, we ask that you come to this space fully ready to receive. At this stage, the Apothecary is exclusively dedicating calendar space to those truly ready to learn, willing to be challenged, and desiring real, tangible change. Please come with an open heart and a willing spirit. We are here to build your path, not just to chat. RESPECTING THE TIME & THE FLOW Think of our appointment time as a firm commitment to your own growth. Punctuality is love. The Flow: To give you our best, we must start on time. If you arrive late, we will still finish at the scheduled time. The Grace Period: We offer a gentle 10-minute grace period. However, if you have not logged in within 10 minutes of our start time, it is considered a "No-Show" and the Zoom room will close. The service fee is non-refundable, as that time was held specifically for you. PREPARATION & PRESENCE To get the most out of this investment, please treat our session as a priority. Be Stationary: Ensure you are in a quiet, private space. We cannot conduct sessions while driving or in distracted areas. Be Equipped: Bring a journal, a pen, and an open mind. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We value your time; please value ours. If you need to reschedule, provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can open that space for another soul seeking guidance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice result in the forfeiture of the service fee. Just as we ask you to respect our time, we deeply respect yours; should Charmaine ever need to reschedule a session, we will prioritize your calendar to secure a new date and time that aligns perfectly with your schedule. By booking with Beads & Potions, you are agreeing to honor these boundaries. We appreciate you, we respect you, and we look forward to doing the work with you.
